Question: Do you always have to do an adjustment to help someone?

Answer: Spinal adjustments have been found to help with pain and range of motion. There are many other “tools” that are used to help with your pain as well, such as soft tissue massage, stretching, strengthening exercises and postural correction that are specific for your problem, as well as other modalities such as electrical stimulation that can also be a help. It’s important to use the right “tools” for each person’s specific problem. I use all of these “tools”, at the appropriate time, to help each patient.
