Question: I fell downstairs while carrying a box a month ago. My arm got caught on the railing and was pulled backwards. I had no initial pain but two weeks later my arm started to hurt and now my low back hurts. What type of therapy would work best for me?

Answer: Aquatic therapy may work well for you since you have multiple injured areas. The warmth of the water will improve circulation, thereby reducing the inflammation to these injured areas. The water pressure will help to reduce swelling and you will be able to strengthen the injured muscles.
