Question: How can I take care of my neck and back when I push my child in a stroller?
Answer: Pushing a stroller is part of normal daily tasks for parents. When pushing the stroller, stay as close as possible, allowing your back to remain straight, and your shoulders back. Your entire body should provide the force to push the stroller, not just your arms. Avoid pushing the stroller ahead of you causing your back and shoulders to hunch forward which can cause strain to your back, neck and shoulders.
