Question: I get headaches every day at work. I don’t get headaches on the weekend. It must have something to do with sitting at the
computer. Do I need new glasses?

Answer: Seeing what’s on the screen without putting your head in an awkward position is a key concept in organizing your workstation. Getting the chair to support you in good posture is the first step. Sometimes you can reduce awkward head positioning just by pulling the screen closer. If you wear bifocals, you might be tilting your head back to see the screen through the lower part of your glasses. You might need “computer glasses” if you can’t move the screen low enough to avoid that awkward position. For a complete evaluation of your workstation, call WORKSTAR at 203-376-8968.
