Saint Alphonsus Rehabilitation Services (STARS) provides comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation treatment with a staff of specialists.  We are currently accepting applications for a full-time (36+ hours per week) Patient Services Representative for our Liberty clinic located in Boise, Idaho.  The right candidate will have high energy, excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, along with a demonstrated self-directed work ethic.  The hours are Mon, Wed, Fri 8:15 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. and Tues, Thurs 9:15 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.

Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience:


  1. Medical office experience preferred.
  2. Bilingual a plus.
  3. Electronic Medical Records (scheduling system experience) a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of office procedures and protocol.
  5. Outlook experience a plus.
  6. Proficient in verbal and written English language.
  7. Use of basic office equipment (calculator, PC, copier, FAX).
  8. Intermediate computer skills.
