Saint Alphonsus Rehabilitation Services (STARS) is currently seeking a full-time Therapy Aide for our Nampa Health Plaza Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic.  STARS is a comprehensive outpatient therapy provider with clinics in Idaho and Oregon.

As a Physical Therapy Aide you would be ready to assist patients in and out of the therapy area of our clinic, offering aid when needed without impinging on a client’s sense of independence and mobility. You would help support or lift clients who have physical disabilities or injuries that prevent them from moving freely, set up equipment, monitor client progress and help with clerical tasks.  Duties would also include serving as the safety officer for the Nampa clinics, ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance/upkeep and data entry.  The ideal candidate will be organized, upbeat, outgoing and friendly!

Skills, knowledge, education and experience:

  1. Any health occupation related courses preferred.
  2. Previous experience as a PT Aide and/or other health care experience preferred.
  3. Basic computer knowledge and skills preferred.
  4. Ability to work within job description independently.
  5. Interpersonal communication skills in a team or interdisciplinary work situation preferred.
