Jim Pape, MPT, CSCS, is a Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Certified ASTYM provider. Jim has worked in outpatient orthopedics since 1999. His special interests include shoulder rehabilitation, running injuries, and sports medicine. Jim received his Undergraduate Degree from the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota and earned a Master of Physical Therapy from Idaho State University. Jim is an avid cyclist. Jim provides services at our STARS clinic located on the second floor of the Downtown YMCA.
