What is a “Certified Manual Therapist” and how will it benefit me?

Certified Manual Therapists are “hands-on” therapists who have advanced training in clinical decision making, biomechanics, joint and soft tissue mobilization. Research has shown that for many conditions, manual therapy combined with targeted exercises, can promote a speedier recovery. Kristina is certified to perform high velocity, low amplitude thrust maneuvers to the spine as well as peripheral joints in order to get you feeling and moving better.  She will make sure the treatments address the source of your pain so you can you can get better fast and return to doing the things in life that are important to you. If you have a challenging injury, and have “tried everything,” Kristina may be the physical therapist for you!

Kristina has lived in Boise since 1994. She enjoys spending time with friends, skiing, tennis, cycling, and she is an avid soccer fan.
