About the Nampa Acute Spine Clinic
Saint Alphonsus Rehabilitation Services (STARS) announces the new Nampa Acute Spine Clinic. The spine clinic was specifically created to address the outpatient rehabilitation needs of patients who underwent back surgery or back pain and mobility issues.
Treatments at this location may include:
- Hands-on Manual Therapy
- McKenzie Method (Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy/MDT)
- Soft tissue and joint mobilization
- Therapeutic exercise and core stabilization, including therapy-specific pilates exercisesÂ
- Posture and body mechanics education
