Beginner Triathlon

Sponsored by Gym Outfitters, Saint Alphonsus Rehabilitation Services, & Shu’s Idaho Running Company The NRC presents the 15th Annual “Beginner’s Triathlon,” which includes a 1/8 mile swim, 4 mile ride (upright stationary bike) and 1½ mile indoor run.
