We are excited to announce that our Ontario Health Plaza is now open for business as of January 15, 2018. STARS – Ontario Health Plaza Clinic was temporarily closed due to a water leak starting 7/26/2017. Damages were extensive and restoration on the Ontario Health Plaza is now complete! We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our clinic inside the Fruitland Health Plaza – 910 NW 16th St. Fruitland Idaho 83619 is approximately 2.8 miles from the Ontario Health Plaza.
