Cindy received an Associate’s Degree from Green River Community College in 1987. Cindy has been working in the Nampa Community for Saltzer Medical Group for the last 7 years. She has been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant for over 25 years in all fields (long term, skilled care, home health, hospital and outpatient). Cindy provides services at our STARS Nampa location located off of the Garrity exit in Nampa.
