Burback, Eric

Eric Burback, OTR/L, CHT, is one of only 22 certified hand therapists in the state of Idaho. He specializes in treating and splinting patients of all ages who have orthopedic or neurological upper extremity conditions.

Eric is certified in Graston-Tool assisted Manual Therapy. Eric attended Chadron State College in western Nebraska for undergraduate studies before completing his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He moved to Boise, Idaho in 1997 to take his first OT job then moved to Fairbanks, Alaska in 1998, where he began his pursuit of a hand therapy certification. Eric returned to the Treasure Valley in 2000 and has worked as a hand therapist at our Nampa and Boise clinics.

Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and son at their Cascade cabin in the mountains. He participates in archery hunting, softball, and skiing. Eric provides services at our STARS Boise (Curtis) location.
