Rockafellow, Katy

Katy Rockafellow is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Certified Athletic Trainer. Katy specializes in Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Manual Therapy, Running Evaluations, ACL Rehab, and Injury Prevention.

Katy received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2009 from Clarke University and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarke University in 2011, with additional training in advanced evaluation and manipulation of the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, craniofacial, extremities, and myofascial system through the University of Saint Augustine, as well as Functional Dry Needling I and II.

Katy tore both of her ACL’s while playing high school athletics and was introduced to physical therapy through this experience. I knew immediately that this was the field I wanted to go into.

She played college volleyball and continues to play volleyball recreationally, enjoys mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, and yoga.
