Therese Gerard, PT

Therese Gerard, PT, has practiced physical therapy in the Treasure Valley since 1987. She has worked in a variety of settings, including hospital-based acute care and rehabilitation, sub-acute rehabilitation and long term care, and home health. In 2011, Therese joined the STARS outpatient pediatric team.

At our STARS Meridian Pediatric location, Therese enjoys providing physical therapy to children from infancy to teen years for a variety of needs. Therese also provides pelvic floor rehabilitation for children with incontinence, constipation or dysfunctional elimination. Her pelvic floor specialty skills include surface EMG biofeedback, connective tissue mobilization, and rectal balloon training. Pediatric pelvic floor rehabilitation is provided at our Meridian Health Plaza location.

Therese received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1985 from the University of Puget Sound.
