Therese Gerard, PT

Therese Gerard, PT, has practiced physical therapy in the Treasure Valley since 1987. She has worked in a variety of settings, including hospital-based acute care and rehabilitation, sub-acute rehabilitation and long term care, and home health. In 2011, Therese joined the STARS outpatient pediatric team. She provides land-based and aquatic physical therapy as well as pelvic floor rehabilitation for children with incontinence, constipation or dysfunctional elimination. Therese’s pelvic floor specialty skills include surface EMG biofeedback, connective tissue mobilization, and rectal balloon training. Therese received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1985 from the University of Puget Sound. Therese provides services at our STARS Meridian Pediatric location and our Meridian Health Plaza location.
