Seneca WoodsI’m Seneca Woods, a physical therapist with STARS Physical Therapy.

I have been practicing physical therapy and occupational therapy for nearly 14 years.  I grew up in British Columbia, Canada, and have been in the United States for 24 years.  I have been working with STARS now for 6 years.  I practice in Fruitland and work on a variety of injuries, from hand therapy, total joint replacements, and orthopedic/sports injuries to stroke.

I am Graston certified, and recently started to use dry needling as treatment tool to help improve patient function.  I do wheelchair evaluations for patients in the western part of the Treasure Valley.

I have been married for 19 years and have 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls.  Ages 14, 11, 9, and 6.  Our family moved to Idaho 14 years ago from Florida, and have loved every minute of it.   I have recently taken up woodworking as a hobby.  I am very busy with my kids, from tennis, soccer, volleyball, ballet, performing arts, and mixed martial arts.
