Safety Precautions During COVID-19
Updated June 30th, 2021
Saint Alphonsus Rehabilitation Services (STARS) is committed to providing you and your family safe locations for your care during COVID-19. We continue to follow CDC guidance however require masking for all individuals entering any of our hospitals or clinics. We understand that Central Health District, based on CDC guidance, lifted this mandate for fully vaccinated people who now no longer need to wear masks or maintain physical distance in most indoor and outdoor settings.
However, hospitals and clinics are high-risk environments and are an exception. This is to protect our most vulnerable – such as our sick and immunocompromised patients. Please remember to follow our safety protocols.
- Screening of all who enter our facilities including our colleagues, physicians and patients.
- Masking requirements of all who enter our facilities including our colleagues, physicians and patients.
- Visitor restrictions to limit exposure.
- Social distancing to limit exposure by keeping 6 feet away to the nearest person.
- Constant cleaning, or the assurance that all areas that are touched with high frequency are being cleaned and disinfected.
Thank you for helping us.
