Join us on and prepare for that Thanksgiving dinner by running the “Turkey Day Fun Run” on November 23rd!
The annual Turkey Day Fun Run is a 5k race through the heart of Boise that celebrates thankfulness in a way only runners can: by running! There will be both prizes for different running groups, t-shirts with registration and the chance to make a difference in our community by donating food to the Boise Rescue Mission Food Bank. You can make a difference for yourself and for others.
Details about packet pick-up and the race are below!
Turkey Day Packet Pickup
Pre-race packet pickup allows you to have extra time to relax on Thanksgiving morning and gives you the opportunity to show off your Turkey Day Run shirt before race day. Packet pickup takes place on the following dates:
Saturday, November 18 – 22
11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Shu’s Idaho Running Company
If you need to pick up your packet on Thanksgiving day, please plan to arrive very early to give yourself enough time to get to the start area by 9 a.m. This is a very popular race. We expect registration on the day of the race to be very busy.
If you’re registered under a group pickup name, please check in with this name at any of the packet pickups to quickly get all of the bibs and shirts for everyone in your group.
REMINDER: Please help us fill up the Boise Rescue Mission Food Bank by bringing non-perishable food items to packet pickup and the start area on Thanksgiving morning.
